To showcase nature’s often overlooked and often underappreciate wonders, I repurpose them into one-of-a-kind multi-media offerings. By pressing and preserving, local seaweeds become displays of fascinating fractals and delicate pendants. By reshaping and embellishing, local palms become sculptural vessels and arresting baskets. By seeking and photographing, common fleeting floras become permanent displays of inner beauty and outer grace.

With a family now grown, teaching and legal careers now completed, and a 100-ton captain’s license now retired, it’s time to draw attention to, and foster an appreciation of, nature’s wonders.
